20.11.2008 The grand presentation of wine of the trade brand "Kolonist" took place in the restaurant hall of President Hotel. Conference will be headed by Valeriy Borzov, the president of ukrainian athletics Federation, twice olimpic champion, Champion of Europe and USSR and champion of Olimpic Games in athletics Sergey Bubka, who is the vice-president of International athletics Federation since 2007 and is a first vice-president of IAAF.
Glen Hughes at President Hotel 29.10.2008 President Hotel was glad to greet Glen Hughes — ex-vocalist of Deep Purple and Black Sabbath. Tour is arrange in a support of the new album — «First Underground Nuclear Kitchen». All solo albums of Hughes have great succes, but musician performs also Deep Purple hits. Glen Hughes is known as "voice ot the rock".
